Every reader sees the same reviewed page, with the same sources and labels. There's no premium version of the truth.
Your voice
A vote, poll answer or contribution counts the same on every plan. Paid accounts aren't ranked higher.
The answers
Ask this Sylo gives the same answer to the same question on every plan. Plans change how many you can ask, nothing else.
Questions
What counts as a full read?
Opening a Sylo's full article: its chapters, guidance, comparisons and polls. Each Sylo counts once per calendar month however often you return, and the count resets on the 1st (UTC). Short answers, sources and discussion never count. Neither does a Sylo you've started or contributed to.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free. Nothing you've written, voted on or earned is removed.
What happens if a payment fails?
We keep your plan for a few days while the payment is retried. If it still can't go through, your account moves to Free; nothing else changes.
Can I switch between Plus and Pro?
Yes, at any time. The change is prorated by the payment provider, so you only pay the difference. Upgrading mid-month tops up that month's credits to the new plan's amount.
Do unused AI answers or credits roll over?
AI answers reset every day at midnight UTC and don't roll over. Credits stay in your balance until you spend them; they have no cash value and can't be transferred.
Why limit anything at all?
Sylos take real work to keep reviewed and current, and AI answers cost money every time. Plans keep SyloSpace independent without ads and without selling anyone's data.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payments are handled by our payment provider; SyloSpace never sees or stores card numbers.
